For a lack of better words, this course was refreshing, invigorating, mind-blowing, and heart and soul-touching. It was a really enjoyable course and I really enjoyed Grahams teaching. The only improvement I would say is to not have the intro/outro music for every single video and meditation as it did get a bit repetitive.

I'm a school counselor in the U.S. and an ongoing issue many of our students battle are the oppressing factors that often plague the lower socio-economic demographic. When teaching my counseling lessons to all grade levels, a key mission is to link core concepts to their own thoughts/feelings/and behavior. Psycho motor is a new term I'll be sharing with my fellow colleagues and how it refers to hands-on learning and supports the high percentage for retention. Differences between meditation and mindfulness is another section that also resonated with me. While the differences were highlighted, I kept thinking of my personal life and professional role and various ways of how to implement them into both areas.
