I didn't get anything out of this course. There's a better course on meditation on Netflix, in my opinion. I felt like I just got taken.

I found the instructor could have easily made his explanations shorter. One way he could accomplish this is to keep himself on topic. I do not appreciate hearing how other techniques and methods of teaching are "wrong". This is his opinion and has nothing to do with his class. I find it highly disrespectful to others, especially given the vast degree of thought and practice on a subject that is varied in nature and has to be defined by unique student's mind, beliefs and discernment.

Joe teaches an interesting but simple technique. I especially liked Stage 4: Watch the Gaps Between Thoughts - very useful information!

I enjoyed the course. Very helpful exercises and right to the point. Very knowledgeable instructor. Short course for a powerful experience. This is something you can learn in a short time and have lasting results.

I haven't had the technique yet but I think it will be of great help. Unfortunately I suppress nearly every emotion I experience since early childhood and just discovered that. Sometimes I just feel that I don't know what I feel and sometimes I feel nothing. Hope this really works for me and those who need it. And may the light be in you.

Handy, if bizarre, ideas in a short but useful course. Many well-intentioned resources advocate strategies that require a lot of focus, attention & time, making thought management hard work. This is different. Don't be fooled by its simplicity or put off by its unconventional nature. Do give its recommendations a try. They aren't difficult.

He is explaining very simple and in easy steps. I have been doing meditation practices for over 25 years. I have always been told to watch my thoughts in many practices. Watching the gaps and speaking gibberish are all new to me. I am taking something away from this. I have to practice it before I could tell you how well it really works. Great all over course.

Great course. Valuable information. There was a lot of repetition and the teacher could have been a little more organized with what he was saying. Overall I enjoyed the class. I would recommend the class, the information he is teaching is valuable.

At times the explanations dragged on longer than I wanted, but the course made sense and I did learn how to be aware of mindfulness and managed a peaceful meditation out of it.

Hi, really nice course where I finally learn deep relaxing method. Nicely done accept the moving camera sometimes. English is not my first language but it was easy to understand everything. Thanks ans keep going!
