It's really well done and very easy to follow the practical advice given. Paul is engaging and really draws out the inspiration that's inside of your story. I'm writing a non-fiction book that will probably never be adapted to the silver screen but his insights into story structuring will make my book stand above the rest.

It was a very good introductory course for structuring your course and implementing certain strategies for making your story compelling. However, it is one way to do it, and not every successful movie follows these rules. I wish there had been a bit more information on how to format a script. Not the 'rules' per se, but rather what you do and what you don't communicate when writing it, and how you do that. But as a preparation for a more in-depth course I have coming up, it was great.

I’ve worked on countless projects in my many many years (in front and behind the camera), but writing scripts has been the hardest part of it all for me I think (my Achilles heel). I’ve even written screenplays before, however, I’ve never really felt overly confident in the writing process. So that said, I feel this is going to help me out greatly. So far, I’m really enjoying this class a lot. I’m looking forward to watching the rest of it. I have tons of ideas, now it’s time to start banging them out again. Thanks!
