Why take this course?
Failover setup using MikroTik is a very important topic and very required to be implemented in our network in case we are connected to the internet via 2 or more ISP's. However, if the Failover setup is not properly configured then this can lead to many problems to our users who wants to get connected to the internet.
In this course, I will explain to you why we need to have Failover and how to configure it so in case the main ISP goes offline then the backup will be working directly and this is seamless to the users. After configuring the Failover, I will dive into more LABS showing you what problems can encounter with the Failover configuration and how to solve those problems in a way that the Failover will be working all the time with no any problem.
The course will be based on real LABs scenarios with step-by-step so you are able to understand each topic and able to apply that in your real network.

Generally, the course is good enough!
The main drawback that trainer using Winbox only for device configuration. But Winbox is a win-based application. It won't work properly under Linux with wine. So, Linux users are limited with RouterOS and console.
In RouterOS there are some limitations, for ex.: I can't change distance for 2nd provider and so on.
My recommendation for trainer - make course more comfortable for Linux users too.

De manier van lesgeven door Maher Haddad is top! En dit omdat hij de cursus volledig uiteenzet. Zo is het zeer gemakkelijk te begrijpen waarom er een bepaalde werkwijze moet worden toegepast. Dit is voor mij een echte hulp die ik zeer apprecieer.

Excellent real life scenarios, everything was explained how I expected to be explain. Great work. That is what I was looking for. Mikrotik seems to be difficult but once explained well there is understanding how its is working and how to do proper config.
Knowledge far more worth than this money. Thanks.

El curso me ha parecido muy completo. Con las explicaciones dadas por el instructor se adquieren los conceptos necesarios para desarrollar los laboratorios con criterio y eventualmente, realizar modificaciones para evaluar los comportamientos de la red. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

This is good to start with FailOver ISP but this course have'nt any MultiWan policy - I wait for next part :).
Course cover basic idea to start working with few ISP but in reality not cover next problems who will occur like:
*) HairPinNat - how workers can reach servises from LAN who are work from internet by DNAT.
*) Problems with Layer2 links working as DirectConnection who are not exist at additional RoutingTable.
Other small suggestion I write at Q&A particular Lecture with a time signature. I hope, I can help this way to author to create a better courses.
In this course I think author change a camera, AutoFocus working and at prev. courses I think he use a manual focus.
Course description have:
"Understand what is the scope and target scope" – this is 20 second of speaking. You not mention about FIB and examples. Then this is still undone.

The script part in the dhcp client was new for me and very good that I learned. This course help the new network administrators to apply failover solution like a professional!
