I struggled with some of the elements in the course due to not being able to understand everything said

I am ok with the course but facing problem following the tutorial as I am not using the same os. On the other hand if someone has a older version of word, excel etc he cannot follow the tutorial. So my biggest concern is that many students like me may face problems such as different os, not having the version used(many can say version doesn't matter) but these factors are very necessary as I am a student and is facing these problems many might also face these. I am not leaving a good review as some basic things have been spared from the course. Pardon my mistake as I am not in any position to give a bad review. Please correct me if I am wrong. The tutorial has been going on well for me although the course didn't meet my expectation as it hasn't got downloadable resources which someone can rely on while working. No one would be logging on to Udemy to watch videos when they are stocked at work, but you can quickly rummage through your handout to find a solution to a problem without your colleagues knowing. Otherwise it has been very good. Augochukwu.
