The trainer did not give examples. He's just reading from Powerpoint. He's suppose to give examples from a demo system, non of that happen. Anyone can read from Powerpoint

I believe Solution discussion should be later not in the beginning. The presentation was good for existing expertise it is good but new learner they will be lost what we are talking about "Solution" The 3rd session should be how to navigate CRM

Slides which display the content not relevant to the trainer's lecture. My suggestion is trainer should have to present the content what he/she teach with good graphics.

Nice intro to Dynamics CRM primary customization requirements and terminology. Instructor is knowledgeable and clear. The examples provided are brief, but sufficient, keeping the pace at a nice clip.

I hope the rest of the course is better. It doesn't look very promising so far. The presentation is really bad. The slides contain information in a bullet form with someone reading in a very flat, not engaging at all style. On the top of this, the lecturer speaks in "Coronation Street" like accent and I hardly can understand what he is saying.

The course, so far, has been a lot of reading of slides, with few examples and no demonstrations of what is being described within Dynamics.

Good course to get your feet wet in customizing CRM Dynamics. I wish it went a little bit into the coding side of things like how to do simple Javascript events. (not how to code Javascript, but where to put it within CRM and a little bit about the CRM API).

Hey peeps, I was surprised to be alerted to this course via LinkedIn which is kinda different however very cool coz this is an excellent course on MSCRM Customization and Configuration and fully covers all topics. Brett delivers an excellent combination of practicality, theory, and technicality, which is important. I got the free trial from MS so I enter the info as the videos progress which is a great way to learn and solidify your knowledge of the content. On just a couple of sittings I completed half the course, cemented my knowledge & retention of the topics, and suddenly became confident enough to start preparing for the exam(s), so this course helps immensely. There's not many courses on the net, in this format, covering MSCRM Configuration from a holistic perspective, and in fact this is the ONLY ONE on Udemy, so this course is very valuable. Good work Brett! And also, yet again, I think Extending CRM should be your focus & NEXT course! We should get 1000s enrolled in no time at all! :) lol Just a reminder to please include Visual Studio integration with the CRM SDK on the Extending CRM course! :) Cheers! JT
