I found the beginning of the course particularly difficult as there wasn't a lot of text, and variability in the quality of the audio, and trying to understand through the presenter's accent proved to be a challenge for me personally. That said, as the course entered practical examples, I think the confidence of the presenter improved, and with both written and visual cues for when I missed or misunderstand something said helped a lot of with my comprehension. Overall a decent/good course; I would suggest however the introduction of some quizzes to confirm comprehension by the users (anyone can hit play and walk away, quizzes would prevent that).

Poor communication skill of the presenter. Fake/Forced accent which is irritating. Poor choice of words while explaining the topics. Improper flow of communication by the presenter. I wonder about the veracity of the course rating.
