The course content met my expectations, it covered the topics I was hoping to learn. Almost all the information was presented in a clear and concise manner, as for the details that didn’t feel clear enough, I could have elucidated them later on from the overall course sections. The structure of the course is well-organized and lessons are easy to go through, as for instructor’s teaching style feels efficient enough, information was presented in a clear manner.

This was a great course, I learned something that I thought was something crazy difficult to do and create. But you have done it in nearly no time and really appreciate it. The course is neat, concise and good. The examples are practical with good explanation from the instructor. There are resources we can download and try, for example, the excel spread sheet; and we can easily build our own excel model sheet based on the explanations and content shown.

Having started a takeaway and street food business six years ago from a background in photography and marketing I have been searching for teaching that would help me understand some of the principles of running a food business - considering I knew nothing about hospitality - but struggled to find one as concise and helpful as this one. This course provided all the answers I had been seeking, but failed to find, and I feel much more confident after taking this course. Jeroen removed a lot of the uncertainty I have been feeling about whether I had 'got it right'. Great teaching, thank you.

It is an excellent course, a lot of information in the course is very useful for everyone, especially for new restaurant owners. While you are taking the course, do not try and formulate the formulas he is discussing, just follow along because he has shared the formula sheet in the resources section at the end. An excellent effort, I must say.

The first part of the video seems to lead to no new knowledge but when he starts getting into the details and charts, there is a ton of information to learn and put to use. Loved this!
