Just hasn’t grabbed my attention yet but that is the reason I am doing it because I’m a complete beginner and want to learn, I have tried meditation but never been able to do it as my attention span is not great, I love that it’s quick to the point videos and I really like the man teaching as I have also been through addiction for 20 years and am now 9 years clean so I can relate but I just always have trouble getting into things because if it doesn’t grab my attention straight away I find I stop doing it but I’m not going to stop this, I haven’t got to the meditation part yet which I believe is next so can’t leave a proper review until then really. I tend to give up when people say focus on your breath because I don’t know how to do that, I try and focus on my breath and my mind wanders like mad and I just can’t concentrate on my breath.
