i bought this course thinking that there would be hints and tips to stop the mind wondering and how to cancel out noisy thoughts and im only on the 1st meditation but i had to mute it so i could focus on my breathing instead of someone counting out of sync with me, so far i have not come across anything helpful that isnt already free on other platforms im hoping the course gets better the further along i get but the first meditation wasnt a meditation it was a breathing excersise
