The instructor is calm and confident, with a pleasant speaking voice during the introductory explanation, but it is very short (8 minutes) before the meditations start and I would like more details. Then in the meditation she changes her voice to a sleepy tone which makes it hard to follow. It would be better if she used her natural speaking voice. An essential course though.

I like how Michelle broke down explanations of meditation into bite size pieces so I could choose to listen to just one or a couple at a time. Also I could go back to a specific part I needed repeated. This format kept me engaged.

This course provides a comprehensive overview of meditation and it’s many benefits. Michelle’s soothing voice enhances relaxation throughout the course and meditations and elicits an overall feeling of calm. I love the opportunity to experiment with different senses and the variety of meditations this course offers. This is definitely a course I will return to over and over again !
