This course goes beyond just meditation to help build some understanding of where your emotional reactions come from so you can better deal with them. I think most of us meditate ultimately to feel better, and this added understanding can help with that. I especially liked the dispelling of "myths" about meditation and the emphasis on not being so worried about meditating the "right" way. I'd recommend this course to a friend, especially one who's been meditating for some time and hasn't seen the results they were hoping for.
