With all due respect to Mr. Vella: I have no doubt in his experience in this field, but he is no educator. This "course" is just a single PowerPoint, and Mr. Vella just recites it *verbatim*, in a monotone voice, bringing none of his presumed industry experience to the table. - Mr Vella never goes off script, just reading the PowerPoint word-for-word. The PowerPoint is meant to be bullet points, items that will be explained in greater detail, not the entire course! - Vague distribution curve and run charts are shown, it is assumed the student understands what they represent. - Terms are defined, but no examples given how these could be related to something in the real world. - Formulas are presented, but no explanation of how they are derived, what they are used for, or examples in their calculation using real world examples. I presume the rest of the course will unfortunately be more of the same.

As a QA Tech, I think this course has simplify every topic well. There are so many course of MSA. But, the duration is more than 5 hours. Sometimes, I feel sleepy to finish the course. In this, course I finally succeed to finish and grab the understanding all of the topics. Thanks.

Basically just reading to us. Not taught by Ray Harkins. Instructor's monotone reading was not as engaging as most Ray Harkin's lectures
