I enjoy following the course because of the friendly couples good quality videos :of two people with different backgrounds/opinions making it practical for both to have a consistent and interesting meal plan.I am currently working full time and have become an involuntary carer to my mum ,and ,am an inexperienced cook. The videos have encouraged me to buy less food and plan for just three/fours days in advance -less waste now and less need for takeaways . I check my diary which days I have more time ,to help my mum make her favourite dishes .So this course is a yes for a reluctant me ,it gives me options to explore personal choices in my situation and take chances . Thank you well worth the money if you know what you should be doing but don’t have a plan or guidance in following through with something

Kitchen part was really new for me and useful as well as some chunks in sections here and there. Thank you for a systemized course of the whole meal prep process, and also zero waste tips! Would be great to know more about food safety as an extension or separate course.

Great course! Learned useful tricks of the trade from these professional organizers. Appreciate the lectures being broken down into a systematic order yet easy reference to go back for xtra viewings. On sidenote,inspired by their sustainability values. Learned how to make an easy system to weekly plan & batch organizing and cooking. Practical method to responsibly buy from a market’s bulk section as well. This couple convey an authentic desire to help others, and enjoy, sharing their tried and true methods. I thank them both for their help!

I really like the course! Details are mentioned like how to deal with (organic) waste, organise your kitchen, how to prepare certain foods. And throughout the course I started to love the couple Emilio and Samantha :)

I really appreciated the idea of making the kitchen ready and welcoming to the idea of meal prepping not just starting in cooking. I also think the suggestion to inventory the contents of all places where food is kept was a very good idea. Thank you for the example of how you plan and prep for the week, the visual aids were very helpful.
