So far the course is good, it would be nice if it explained how to figure out dictation and spanish key board for other computers other than Mac, but i figured it out using google.

A good use of color and pictures.. but the course is awful.. Barely any grammer classes, and the ones there is are explained badly.. You have thirty hours of the teacher just saying words.. Each lesson has a couple of words that you learn and he just go through each one and say the word.. He doesnt teach a lot of important grammer.. and the little he does explain is explained badly and shortly.. I will say the quizlet cards are nice but other then that really not worth the money.. i regret i bought this course

This course needs to show more differences between american spanish and european spanish. Simple “Yo soy” sounds very different.

I could not open the link for quiz in the resources after each lesson (I am using a window desk top). Therefore I sent an email for help. The guy who sent a reply said he could NOT help me as this is the matter of the author of the program. So far I cannot practice!

I am really liking it . So many fun ways to learn, I can hardly wait to try them all. And now that I have the 1st course with Ms. Marissa , under my belt, I am so ready to progress. This course promise to give me the advancement that I want. That is why I chose it. Moving on I hope in the end I will be able to say, in Spanish that this course was worth every penny I paid for it. We will see.

I bought this course in August 2022 and just finished it in February 2023. I have to say it now holds a special place in my heart because it is my first attempt to learn Spanish after wanting to but never having the time for so long. Thus, I think Hugo was a teacher fit for me. His teaching style is laid back, it felt like I was learning from a friend. The course is rich in content, and it helps you learn vocabulary quite well with the Quizlet sets. I now believe that I have a good understanding of Spanish thanks to this course. While I believe the course was overall very good and enjoyable, I do think that there is room for development. For example, I think it would have been better if there were more than one class for each grammar-related topic. Practicing grammar with some exercises would really help solidify the grammatical rules in my opinion.

Overall this course will help you learn Spanish. I really like the practice with the quizlet. He also talks about some other tips that I really liked and the videos are well done. My only gripe with this is that I do find some grammatical errors in the quizlet/videos which make the learning more difficult and some Spanish concepts are not explained that well so I have to go to other resources to get clarification. However, I think Hugo did a great job with this and is worth the money.
