Très bien expliqué, malgré que de me faire répéter sans arrêt que si je ne peux mettre 5 minutes par jour je ne verrai pas de résultats, est un peu trop de pression. On n'est pas ici pour se sentir coupable...

Clear, concise instructions on four breathwork techniques plus the benefits of each one and practice suggestions. Many thanks indeed to Michael and Rachel for providing this very helpful introductory course. I have also read Michael's very informative book on intuition and appreciate his simple but direct approach which does away with repetitive fluff and padding. Both Rachel and Michael make the learning process a joy.
