Description

People that are skilled at outsourcing can be 10x more efficient than those who are not. Knowing how to outsource effectively is an incredibly useful skill whether you're an entrepreneur, a manager, a marketer, or small business owner. Being able to incorporate outsourcing into your project, your business, or even your job can dramatically change your rate of success.

Cost is often the single largest factor in whether or not a project succeeds or fails. By mastering outsourcing you can virtually guarantee that you get the lowest and most reasonable price every time you launch or engage in a project.

Learn how to outsource and you'll make magic with your project's to-do list. You'll be able to hit goals sooner while spending a fraction of what you planned. Save your project by going lean and shifting your attention and resources to other crucial areas.

Website development, mobile app development, logo design, market research, customer feedback, email marketing, sales, promotion, scheduling, editing, proofreading, ghostwriting, interviewing, application testing, bookkeeping, employee vetting - these are just some of the things you can outsource.

Virtually every company and startup outsources in some way. Outsourcing has endless possibilities - you just need to know how to use it.

Good course with a lot of nice pointers. However, I thought it was more up to date than it was when I started. For example Asana as a project management tool. The version he explains is years old. Elance that he talks and shows a lot does not exist anymore and is a part of Upwork.

Very good course. I don't feel this course could become outdated due to how transferable the content is.

Very comprehensive approach to outsourcing but with practical ways and real life examples. Even it has a freelancing orientation, you can easily relate all knowledge to the more strict business sector. Great course!

I realised early on that outsourcing doesn't fit my idea but decided to finish the course because I might take advantage of outsourcing later in the future. The course itself has a very good structure and Evan is a great teacher with so much valuable experience under his belt, not to mention the entrepreneurial knowledge as well. He really guides you through almost anything that may come up when you enter the world of outsourcing.

Evan is a good instructor and it seems like he has a wealth of experience. I wish that he took us through more back-and-forth with a real world outsourced app so we could see each step more clearly. Obviously this would not have answered all the problems that can arise, but it would show us more of the process. I appreciate all of the nuggets from this course and learned a lot.

I have finished approximately finished 60% of the course and I am already applying the knowledge. I hired one designer from Serbia and I have hired a virtual assistant from the Philippines. Great information and easy to apply. Loved it.

The instructor went through great details explaining every aspect of outsourcing. He didn't leave out anything not answered. I'll definitely use the accompanied materials as a guide for future projects.

The introduction is good but the course overview is delivered in 3 different sessions, when it can be all explained in 1 session. I want to start learning by session 2.

Nice course but way too long. The instructor certainly pays attention to details but he could have and should have shortened this course by a third easily. Useful though.
