Can you please explain what the rate means in real life? Where do I take this number from? what is representing? Budget scale? That was unclear though

Hi, Thanks for the wonderful course, it helped me to understand how adstock transformation works. one question? Transf. = (adstock(t-1)*beta+spent(t))^alpha what is the model name of the formula which u have used ? As there are different models like Negative expo, log decay. Which one is this.
