Wow! What an incredible journey The MAP Yoga Path has been! It's jam-packed with nourishment for the mind, body and spirit. I love the way Evita explains things so carefully in her soothing tone which makes the journey very rewarding as you absorb new things. Learning about MAP itself was fascinating and the exercises were deeply insightful for further self-discovery. And on top of all that goodness, Evita includes a section on asana practices, beautiful calming meditations and a bonus one-week 15 minute asana routine. I had taken yoga classes in the past and just recently began a regular practice from home using a couple of yoga apps. However, having Evita explain how to position yourself for each posture was enormously helpful, as I found I was doing a few postures incorrectly. When it comes to Evita, all of her courses are a huge success and worth every moment. Thank you, Evita for always delivering the best and for sharing your knowledge and gifts with us.

Evita's approach on Mindfulness, Awareness and Presence is like a missing link in my own practise of becoming mindful. It clarifies and explains in an easy way how to go about in both practical and theoretical ways to create a life with a sense of ease and upliftment. And how to be mindful but still contributing to make the world a better place!

I really enjoyed this course! Evita explain excellently and in a easy way the concepts addressed in the lessons. I liked also how the course is structured, starting from the MAPs basic concepts and continuing through the asanas and medition practice. The guided meditations are excellent. I'm happy also to have received a bonus section with 15 minutes daily yoga exercises. Thank you Evita, keep up the good work! Giulia

Great college quality course that helps with any dealings related to marriage counseling, dating, therapy, alternative medicine, yoga, accident recovery, injury, trauma, disorder, stress management, anxiety, relationships and mental health. Would recommend to all ages with any professional level in all work fields.
