Finally, you will learn how to create an action plan to develop critical CQ capabilities and to achieve your personal leadership development goals, so as to better meet the needs of your teams and organisations.

I had never heard the term Cultural Intelligence before. Understanding CQ and how its applied or implied presented some old information in a new light.

the information is a good match for me but it is too theoretical that gives me a flat experience. I mean with theoretical that I could read it my self instead of a presenter reading it to me with notes on the screen. with flat, I mean, a lack of depth in presenting me with practical tools to use the theory, as we go along.
