Quite difficult to understand at times - even when the statement was replicated in writing in the quiz the language did not convey whatever the intent was.

The course message is hard to follow as the speech pattern is continuous without changes in pace or delivery. This often makes it hard to understand when transitions happen. I had to turn on the transcript to help me see the structure of the message. The structure of the course seemed to be very fragmented as well. For instance one of the last segments focused on ending a meeting and issuing meeting minutes. Not sure why that is part of the topic of dealing with difficult people.
