I learned a lot on how to help assist people when they have small issues. I especially liked how they corrected an issue but learned about why that person acted the way they did due to an issue that was affecting them. This kind of thing happens all the time when upper management is not aware of such things.

There was a lot of valuable information but I did find myself having to re-watch some sections to make sure I was actually absorbing it. I did really like the example scenarios at the end, it prob would have been better if there could have been two people to run through those but it seemed like that wasn't an option for this video unfortunately. Overall, good content but could work on better presentation.

I found that i did not like section 3. There was a part where the speaker said substance abuse is grounds for immediate firing. In Canada, addiction is considered a disability and therefore protected by our human rights act. I found this lesson completely took the human out of this. You are not employing robots, and you can not expect them to act this way.
