Why take this course?

Managed Extensibility Framework, is a widely used framework which targets not only Dependency Injections in .NET applications but main concentration of this framework is about writing fully extensible software. Developers from all over the world can write plugIns for applications those are developed in MEF. This is very exciting framework, but unfortunately not much developers are aware of this framework.

So this course is about MEF, I have tried to sum up all the technologies like Console Applications, Windows Forms, WPF, ASP.NET Web Form, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WEB API, WCF Services, Test Cases and More importantly extended Visual Studio IDE using MEF.

My target audience can simply write "MEF" or "Managed Extensibility Framework" or MEF with .NET application, in order to find this course.

I have included Screens Cast Videos explaining coding examples, one article and include 4 to 5 applications along with this course. Students can download those coding examples and application's source code to play around with them and can use freely in their projects.

It took me one and a half month to complete this course, because i was writing coding examples to make students fully understand the concepts.

Course is structured in a well defined way, explaining from the basic concepts and then moving forward towards more deep and more detailed concepts.

If you are an intermediate .NET developer you should take this course to write fully extensible MEF applications.

While the content was okay, the presenter repeated himself a lot and had a verbal tick saying "Right" a lot. I found him so distracting that it made the content harder to follow.

Generic commentary for the slides. The first chapter used a common analogy for MEF, could have used a different analogy for better perspective. Disappointed with the WinForm and WPF sections. While instructor was relatively thorough with console application, in these sections he didn't build up the code. Rather, he had canned code that he just gives us a tour of, without much by the way of explanation. In previous sections he at least defined new or complex terms, even in one sentence. In these sections he's just speeding through the code.

This is the first coherent & practical discussion of MEF that I've been able to find anywhere. The instructor is relaxed and confident, and the lessons are well organized, both of which make the lessons enjoyable as well as informative. In addition, the instructor was extremely quick to respond to quite detailed questions. I could not be more pleased with this course & instructor.

This is an amazing course on MEF. I would highly recommend this course to all the .Net developers who are keen on developing loosely coupled extensible applications. Frameworks like MEF can make a huge difference in designing, developing and maintaining large enterprise applications and code bases. Really worth my time and money. I thank you so much for taking the time to produce this amazing course. I am enjoying this course thoroughly as I am proceeding with the videos. I would also request the author to publish other courses around .Net and other technologies.
