Good information but quite basic if you've studied nutrition before. Also a lot of the transcript is not correct, so if you miss words in the videos it tells you something completely different.

It is good, but basic information. I guess I expected a bit more information about healthy food choices that not only affect our muscles and fat storage, but in a way also aging, hormones etc. Will still have to look around more. But it is not a bad course to learn what we all sometimes forget as basic needs, and I like the way the different diets were explained, the pro and cons.
