Usefull content but terrible presentation. I could not listen anymore so I just continued without a sound (basically I only read the presentation, which was interesting). The presentor is struggling with English and thus tempo is far to slow for my taste.

Tiene información relevante para el proceso de M&A, no obstante cada clase se limita a una diapositiva que se lee durante la clase, la metodología no es apropiada y podría explicarse con casos de la vida real.

Narrator was difficult to understand, and he basically read verbatim from the slides. Good information, poor presentation

Pros : + The content is pertinent and explain well the workflow of a M&A; Cons - The container is overall just ok, if not bad : packed text slides reading only; - Mainly based on accurate, but high level theoretical definitions. Could have provide more in-depth details about some important aspects (e.g. due diligence : what can happen? what are the pitfalls? etc.); - With the reading factor taken into account, the pace could have be faster : almost 3 hours that could have easily fit in 2; - The PDF presentation is not accessible, and thus you can't come back on the content for further reference; A lot of "cons", but it's a good 101 course to understand M&A main guidelines and workflow. If you can cope with a non-dynamic presentation style, it's still a good bang for your buck and would recommend.

Good high-level content covering a complex and detailed topic. No small feat to pull together and deliver the course material, in my opinion. As a native English speaker, I found the Instructor’s English pronouncation and inflection a bit challenging to understand, at times, and is obviously not his native language. Some constructive criticism: Many of the slides used to deliver the content were very small font and too busy. I realize that strategy served to keep the quantity of slides to a minimum; however, it was a bit distracting in my case and I think less material with a larger font would be more appropriate. Finally, realizing this may not be within the control of the instructor, the written transcript of the instructors commentary is typically a useful and appreciated supplement; however, in this case it is absolutely terrible, to the point of being comical. Although the written translation is needed, unfortunately in this case, it is very distracting and detracts from the overall quality of the course. In fairness to Instructor Ali, I will likely try another one of Ali's courses.

Content was fine. The excessive movement of the red dot pointer was distracting and annoying. I also did not appreciate that the lecturer referred to listeners as "fellows".
