Pleasant instructor however there was an awful lot of filler content that imo was unnecessary. The course could have been a lot shorter. I was also left confused as this presenter also has a course on Keto.

I have kidney damage due to cancer, along with nerve damage and fragile bones and yes, I am on an alkaline diet and for the sake of my family I have protein meals every other day. I would like to be vegan and learn how to make tempting meals.

First of all I cannot get the website link to work. Secondly I am disappointed that the only way that you can actually get the 21 day meal plan is to get her book...I thought that was what the course was...

I really want to get into the details of the course. I have not heard much as of yet, about "why" an alkaline diet is important. This would have been a better start to the course. However, I am glad she has experience. I am a certified nutrition health coach and my main goal is to introduce a safe and healthy way for clients, wanting to loose weight and keep it off.

This is a very good and motivating course about a healthy vegan diet and lifestyle. Laura is a good enthusiastic presenter who puts her heart into it and it shows. Unfortunately she is a religious fundamentalist and tells us to turn our lives over to Jesus etc. We are also told that humankind popped into existence by magic and did not evolve. This seems unlikely. But do not be put off, it is an amazing course if you ignore the preaching. I recommend it.

I have been following a high carb low fat diet for some time now and I wanted to just reiterate or cement what I believe and I was curious to see what Laura had to say - Laura is right on the mark and has done a great job explaining the perfect diet for us humans, as well as making it an easy format to follow - highly recommend this course.

It took me a while to find a diet course that can really helps me but I think this will works. I like it that the course is very clear on easy diet guidelines. I think the various recipes are great andI have already tried a few of them. Overall I think Ms Laura Wilson is very clear in her instructions and has planned the lesson flow very well.

This is an incredibly good course on alkaline diet - an often misunderstood, but very practical diet. It even comes complete with a few recipes and how to overcome your weight loss. I am very pleased with this course. Laura does a great job of researching and explaining what and why to do this. You can feel she really cared for us and want everyone to achieve our weight loss goal. You will not be disappointed,

This is the best diet course I have seen by far, I bought Laura Wilson's book 'The Alkaline 5 Diet' on Amazon and loved it and this course is such a great way to have the recipes and step-by-step guidelines for getting healthy and following an alkaline diet, getting in best shape and healing things naturally. Laura is beautiful and has a great manner about her and is very clear in her tutorials. I love how she answers the niggling questions and worries I had about weight loss and diet, especially about eating alkaline and vegan and feeling satisfied etc. This course totally exceeded my expectations. I will refer back to it on a regular basis for years to come. The recipe book and videos are brilliant and the meals delicious!
