I think Mark did a great job presenting the information and showing how to implement this into your life. As others said there is some repetition but I appreciate that to make sure the information sinks into my head. I found some cheaper bands, then the ones recommended, on Ebay with the pressure gauge so I haven't actually done any exercising with the bands yet (still waiting on them to arrive) but this is proven scientifically so I'm sure it will work. Mark is very enthusiastic about this and provides a lively presentation. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to learn about the BFR bands and how to properly use them.

Thank you so much for this information, Mark! I am turning a very healthy 66 this month and am definitely interested in "upping my game" health wise to stay this way. I, too, have a gym membership and do not like to go by myself. I have a large classroom area similar to yours and will begin using it as my workout room as well. I ran through most of the vids and materials already, but have to get the bands in order to actually participate and begin experiencing the results. This review is on the course itself, instructor and materials. Mark's enthusiasm is fun and high energy, and his research and materials seem incredibly thorough. I've never heard of BFR before so I'm glad I received the message from him announcing the course! I also contacted Mark regarding some confusion I was having and he politely got back to me quickly (thank you!), and even made modifications to prevent further confusion for others. I'm looking forward to diving into the BFR experience now that I'm armed with a ton of knowledge! I'm excited to get back to working out! Cheers to Mark!

Mark is excellent, I only wish he were more brief in his explanations. He talks fast and repeats often.
