The 'Programs' section and some program alternatives didn't interest me personally, and when stripped down, the course is really just about a small handful of things. That said, it's pretty straight to the point and you will learn a few handy things, but overal i find it too light on content.

I don't can recommend this course. Why? One point is (I think the more important one), it is very very low level. There is way better and more detailed content for beginners and intermediate on YouTube. I have bought this course in June 2022 in a discount and have made it today 2022/09/25, if I have had made it the first 30 days, I would have request back my money. Another point is, I think the tutor should improve his speech. It is very clean englisch - that's good, but his voice is very monotone and very weak. Following the content on external speakers was impossible for me, so I've switched on my ear pods. I have had to turn them way louder as normally to following his speech. So all in one, look for courses on YouTube to this kind of topic or another tutors here on Udemy. I work quite a lot on this platform and there are very awesome courses and tutors - but not on this topic.

This is an excellent course for those looking for shortcuts and ways to maneuver around within the Linux console to manipulate commands and scripts. In addition, I'd learn how to ease from multiple screens within the Linux terminals.

The course is good to understand simple shortcuts. Every beginner, working in Linux Terminal should go through this. Although it can be made little bit more interesting by adding some funny tricks like cowsay , when you start a terminal sound is heard also how preferences can be modified would be appreciated.

Speach is a bit muffled so it's difficult to follow on higher speed settings, but the content is usefull.
