Linux Terminal for beginners

some command need more examples and explanations and if there is a practical task or an assignment in the end it would be great.

I learned more from this beginner course than from others I've taken, and that in a very short amount of time!

The course is very basic (which is what I wanted), however, there are numerous things that the instructor did that he did not explain in his training. The actual commands themselves were well understood, however, some of the modifiers such as the -r(s), -y(s) and -9 were not explained as to why he was using them or what they meant. So... the second time watching it I had google open in another window so I could find out why he was using them and on the other laptop I was using --help on all the commands he used so I could find out how they apply. By the end of the course I was both educated on the basics and left with just as many questions. Overall... It is a good ground zero course that is an introduction on using the Linux Terminal.

This course and this instructor were both great. Couldn't be happier with what I got to learn for free.
