He is knowledgeable but transferring that knowledge to a beginner/ novice is a problem unless you already know much about Linux

I had a bit of a hard time following when the instructor was drawing on the slides, I would have liked him to maybe type. aside from this is found the explanation easy follow and I feel excited to learn more

Straight forward and intuitive. I like the clear instruction. I think it would be better if you include some drills to go along with the instructor.

The drawing is poorly readable. Why do this with a mouse on a drawing program? Use a keyboard and type, that's better to read. Prevents typo's.

On Udemy so far there aren't great sources available for the LPIC exam. They all have someone who talks pretty inaudible, this one not excluded. This one is the shortest out of the options, but still the teacher wastes so much time in his videos on redoing mistakes he could have edited out.

Doesn't use one OS consistently with the course (Switching between Ubuntu and CentOS 7), doesn't use the TEXT tool for giving explanations, on the basics of recommended systems the user should use needs to be explained and their differences to let them chooses which suits their needs before starting the main lessons on the course. And a few commands being used before they are talked about in the course for example "chmod, find and su", which adds more confusion to starters of Linux. If it's not going to be implemented, then at least put a beginner's section of what knowledge the follower of the course should have before starting like already knowing how VM's work or knowledge about inet id's.

Tot nu toe goed te volgen, alleen de taal van de docent en het schrijfbord is niet al te best te volgen

The content is good. I would greatly appreciate a transcript of the video in the Udemy site. The man who is teaching in this video has an accent and it is very hard to understand. A transcript is what this course needs.

it is a helpful course, i am beginning to understand linux more and more. i only wished, that the explainer of the course. explained the command and options more. like sometimes when he is explaining more difficult commands, he would add options to them out of the blue, and give a small explaination, sometimes. it would be nice if he kind of started with the command itself and it's options. and then showed them of, with the options and without them. other then that i am pleased with the course, I get the feeling that It is helping me understand linux and the command line in general better.

Using paint instead of typing out terms makes it difficult to follow. Using slides would make much better.

Very knowledgeable instructor. Many subjects covered in depth that are not covered in other Linux courses. Thick accent interferes with understanding and slows learning. But, worth the effort.

I did learn a lot but this course could be seriously improved by adding three things. The first is to add a clear reference at the start of each section or video about what LPIC1 exactly expects from you. So we know what to look out for. The second thing is subtitles. Not just because of the accent but generally because technical terms aren't always known and reading them in subtitles could help. Because, and I don't mean to be rude at all, the somewhat strong accent and quite often illegible writing on screen make it hard to know what is meant sometimes. And lastly, some exercises at the end of each video or section would help a lot as well. It would have to be much but just to put the theory into practise can help quite a bit. But still a ton of information in this course and good examples at the end of each video.
