I really enjoyed this course, it helped me understand linear algebra better. Cody explains well, and gives examples to the material. The reason i gave 4 stars is because i couldn't find the exercises to this course, and also i wanted more video lectures on some of the topics. All in all great course, i recommend :)

Very easy to follow course. I learn a lot from this and get an understanding what i need of everything :) Teacher seems to not be active though so question can probably not be answered. But its pretty straight forward and the explaining is well, so i managed to figured out without him.

Chapter 1 Homework Problems Book: Linear Algebra With Applications Eight Edition (pdf is online) There should be a link because I can't find pdf version. If you are going to have homework your should have the problems and answers available.

so, so, so much more valuable than everything I read and every other online course I took at understanding linear algebra. I'm only on the 8th section and already understand this much better than before. The professor is very, very clear with great examples.

Update again: This course is well worth it if you're struggling or trying to get ahead. The instructor has great energy and really wants people to learn this material. Update: This course is paying off massive dividends for my other courses. The AV quality is still bothersome, but I really like the instructor's teaching style. The instructor clearly knows his stuff. The communication style, teaching methods, and A/V quality are not up to par. I'm looking forward to the rest of his lectures and implementing his stuff into AI. I appreciate the instructor's energy and passion.

Lecture is good, but some of important things just missed in video, somethings are in reading but somethings not in reading. (LU decomposition, Cramer's rule,Jacobian, QR decomposition, SVD ...)

So far? Knowledgeable yes. Does not develop an idea well since he erases the idea as soon as he writes it in most cases. The continuity of the lesson is broken because the whiteboard he uses is profoundly inadequate. He's a little scatterbrained.

I found the lectures to be pleasant and I like the written materials provided which answered many questions I had from the lectures. I would've given 5 starts if the lecture slides are provided. Whiteboards are OK but hard to review later. But it would cost a lot more I suppose.

Shoddy, poorly planned and thoughtlessly executed. The instructor seems to make so many assumptions about what one already knows/understands that the course should be redundant to his (presumed) audience. That is to say that, if you don't already know the subject, you still won't... It's not presented in a clear, systematic and progressively-structured way, IMHO!
