I would definitely recommend this half hour course to anyone suffering from any kind of mental health. While going through this course, my symptoms indicated that I have depression and anxiety. This course throws light on various kinds of mental illnesses and I have gained an insight on how I have to take care of my health. After all, self care is not selfish. To the creator of this course, I would suggest that there were few editing errors and it would be so much better if the voice is in sync with the text. And kindly edit the text too because in some points , the content was good but the text in itself was not self explanatory. There's a lot of room for this course to get better.

As someone who has depression and anxiety .This was like refresher course for me and what I had been through and where I was currently at. I wish I had found this course when I was at my worst it has information that wasn't known to me then and I found took quite some time and suffering to learn.

I felt like some concepts could have been elaborated furthermore for MY understanding but I understand the limitations of the time, considering that this is a free course. This was very helpful for me in my personal and mental development. :)

The teacher's accent makes concentration hard. I expected concrete things to help me as an individual and so far have found generalized ideas that seem to apply more to providers.
