Good overview without actually getting into good teaching detail. Nothing about negotiating an actual deal either.

This is a decent course. I would like to see a follow up with more specific information or at least some examples from "real world" situations and how the problems were addressed.

Even as a 30 business veteran with a CPA and MBA from the University of Notre Dame, I received vital and critical education. I am about to enter into a leasing arrangement and at the LOI stage. We did not use a Tenant's broker or do not have an attorney. What a mistake so far. We are a medical clinic and I wonder about the parking situation. I saw this course on Udemy and stopped negotiations until I completion of the course. Now I feel more equipped to move forward. Improvements would be: 1. Add the slides in PowerPoint so students can take notes on them as they go through the course. The forms would be more helpful if they are editable as downloads (i.e. the budget form in Excel). Thanks so much Regina, Julius
