very hard to follow the lecturer, and at times I was not able to understand him. It was not clear to me what he meant by " setting up an environment"

The voice and the method of explanation is completely deficient, it lacks organization and focus, and unfortunately it does not meet my expectations in any aspect.

I think the content of this course is excellent and it was delivered in a simple, right to the point manner. I really enjoyed taking the course and I will certainly come back to it for further studying and references!!

the course is very good. but its really hard to understand the diction and how english language was spoken on this course. i don't want to be rude, this is just my point of view.

His accent (No offense) makes it hard to understand what he says. It would be better if he adds subtitles

Good course for beginning help desk. Lots of good info here. Good troubleshooting tips. Maybe the best part is at the end where he goes over questions for IT support, network and system admin questions and desktop PC issues you may run into. With solutions. I found this very helpful. Great if you want to work at a help desk or in desktop support.

The course explained some concepts beyond my prior knowledge. howevere, practical demonstrations should be improved particularly those about networking.

Off to a good start: the material is presented concisely. He doesn't ramble on. To those reviewers criticizing the presenter's accent: please keep in mind that you'll be working with people from around the world as a help desk technician. I would recommend learning and appreciating cultural differences, or otherwise finding a different field of study or work.

iT IS HARD FOR ME TO GET PAST HIS HEAVY ACCENT AND UNDERSTAND THE MATERIAL MORE EFFECTIVELY. MORE THAN HALF THE TIME I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HE IS TRYING TO SAY.

The narration for the course is just like a school lecture. If you are referring to the IT help desk or the customer care there should be a proper command over the language & the delivering the information to the audience.

It was a great match for me. It was a little hard to follow along about adding and removing a computer from a domain. Overall I, it was a great lesson.
