- constant pain in the lumbar;

- inflammation of the hip joints;

- high blood pressure;

- pregnancy. There are no direct contraindications to stretching in this case, but you should be careful, listen to your own feelings and consult a doctor.

Short videos. I’d prefer to have 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes videos to plan my time ahead. If repetitions are needed I’d prefer to do it with the trainer ( not stopping videos, doing the repetitions and continuing watching - it kills the flow) For sure I’m going to do it once, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back to this workout and do it again. Not very user friendly.

I really liked this course, I have a swimming and dance background so I was able to follow it quite well. I think she was clear and concise and the videos were well captured. I would say that for new people starting out there needs to be more examples of begginner level. It was nice to see how flexible the instructor is but I think a real beginner starting out would have struggled.

The stretches seem to be helping. The constant stopping and starting because she doesn't hold the positions as long as she recommends so I have to constantly pause and then restart is extremely frustrating!!!!!

Because it would be nicer if the instructor would do the exact time we have to do the exercise for, so we won’t have to stop it at every exercise

Great course! It had some great insights and is much more visually pleasing than Luther split guides. The only issue is that I wish it was follow along, meaning that the counts for each side were actually thirty seconds long which would leave some space for the instructor to speak a bit more about the anatomical benefit or reasoning for each pose ... I.e. flexion, extension, internal, rotation ....

It's a very nice course...especially the hip joint part and the stretching rules! Before taking this course, I was already a bit flexible and could do the Front split with my left leg. But My hip joint was cracking and hurting badly. then I came across this course...thankfully I now know I was doing it outward which explains the cracking and I wasn't following most of the stretching rules. Ever since I started doing things the right way thankfully my hip joint is so much better now Thanks a lot Lisa!
