Prereq says only need a pc or mac, but once you get to section 1 # 4 it says you need to know HTML and CSS. #5 it says to go further you need to know Javascript, lol may want to mention that next time you create a course like this.

This course has a lot of potential, but there are missing videos (covering phone installation) which make following the course frustrating.

It is a good course content and a good instructor. And I recommended it. But I hope you add a lecture about the security issues of using phonegap and how to protect your code and what is the best practice to keep your code ambiguous for hackers. Because if anyone extracted the phonegap apk file he will easily show the code and everything.

A good introduction, it has missing videos that it says it has videos of installing onto phone but it doesn't. Nevertheless, it is a good introduction to PhoneGap and Mobile Web Development.

This course needs improvements. First: it has to show the result of the code it produces. The author says he does not like 'local build' and simulators, but he shows no alternative way to test the code he produces since Ripple cannot simulate audio, video or file system. The author refers to wanting to show how the code works on a real device in a "separate video" but this is not really shown. Second: although it is interesting to see how geolocation, accelerometer, and file system work, a basic mobile app course is pointless without also showing at least how to create screen navigation and handle orientation. Without these topics, one might as well have read the phone gap or intel videos. A missed occasion.
