I like how the instructor presents information in a clear and enthusiastic way! I also like how he re-iterates the concepts over and over again. This is helpful to tie all the concepts together. I prefer this type of teaching over other types where teachers mention concepts only once and expect you to make the connections between concepts yourself. I am new to Quality Assessment (QA), and the information the instructor is providing here is helping me understand what doing QA looks like in software development lifecycle. Also, it is helping me write a Documentation on Best Practices for HP ALM in my current role. Finally, and most importantly, it is also teaching me how to use the HP ALM tool. Great work!

I would be great if could record it, without the background noise, let's say as an upgrade, except that the information is useful, It would be also nice to have a tutorial, or a link on how to download and install the app, even just for training purposes, have access to your training assets as an archive or something like that. all in all good work

It was awesome. Cleared all my concept. hands on demo is there, I mean practical. Export/Import excel file was some how missed. It would be great it in one test run, a screen shot gets captured and updated, and also one retesting would be done. Other then that all are nice. You can go for this course if you are a beginner and have little knowledge. thank you!!

Key features were explained well. However, some important parts like how to import test cases, defects etc from Excel to ALM could be better shown practically. In this case, how to install the Excel add-in was only shown.

1) Course lacks planning. Instructor should have chosen a simple website (eg. gmail or even his own website ) as an example, explained basic functionality of the website, developed test cases for that website & explained ALM concepts based on that website. 2) Too much repetition! Why are you repeating "release module" demo exercise two times ? Explains certain actions in a slide & then does the same thing in the tool. Why not show us directly in the tool itself ? Let the slides be used as notes/reference instead. 3) Why do you spend too much time on how to add attachments ? Its as easy as adding attachments in emails & does not really need a lengthy explanation. This happened two times in less than half the course. 4) Showed how to add ALM excel add in, but did not show how to use an excel sheet for test management. That lesson is useless, unless you don't know how to use Google & have never touched a windows system before. This 4 hour course can be reduced to 3 hours or less.
