Good for SQL beginners! Something to note is that this course is now out of date as the BigQuery interface has changed so if you've never been in it before you might struggle to find where things are when following this course

The big query interface has significantly changed. While I could follow the course, it's still rather difficult to follow because I constantly try to find functions/features on the updated interface.

I took this course as I thought it will be more related to understanding Big Query. There was nothing related to big query for me to learn. Your only review the basic aggregate of SQL. The UI has changed so most of the time I had to figure out myself how to do things. I really feel like it was a waste of my money and my time.

Pretty good. A bit out of date, so I have to figure out how to use current Big Query, which is different than the Big Query that is demonstrated in the course. I wish this was disclosed in the descriptive material

Por el momento sí, pero el contenido está algo desactualizado (es de 2019 y estamos en 2023). La interfaz de la herramienta y ciertas funcionalidades son diferentes a las explicaciones, pero en lineas generales lo importante sigue estando vigente.

The videos and instruction are not current. The instructor is using an old version of BigQuery which made it confusing since I had to search around to figure out where to find the things she was referring to.

This course is not up to date in 2023. The interface has changed notably, and options shown onscreen are not exactly matched in the current GCP console.

The Big Query version is out of date. If I didn't have prior experience with Big Query, I would be lost and frustrated. Although this is advertised as beginner friendly, it is not.

The directions for how to locate and add the public dataset are out of date and the interface shown in the course does not match the interface as of Jan 2023. This makes it challenging to figure out how to add the dataset successfully as well as where to navigate to within GCP to follow along with the course.

Course is strongly outdated. I wasted a lot of time searching for how to add public data while your way is not working anymore. And this course is paid, therefore I feel like I wasted money, while I had to search in GBQ repository for answers....

The platform has been updated so things do not match anymore. There are also parts where she pulled up an explanation about each of the types (integer, boolean, and so on) but she didn't say how she got there.
