Some of the 'automatic' functionality in my current version of Smartsheet does not match the functionality displayed in the lesson, e.g., when selecting the Primary Column in the formula additional data is added to the formula that must be edited out for the lesson to work properly.

This may be worse than the beginner class. You're basically just riding shotgun to the instructor's stream of consciousness (which is a pretty disjointed stream at that). He spends too much time explaining basic data entry that could have been done in a template in advance, and then rushes through the actual lesson content. There are no opportunities to actually follow along in a hands-on format (especially because many of the items can't be accessed unless you have an $upgraded$ account), which paired with the instructor's teaching style makes the course pretty useless. There are a few nuggets of information in there, but you have to stay awake and engaged long enough to actually catch them, and that is a chore. Also, we are all adults here. You don't have to read the information for every column and row label. Hit the points that are necessary, then get to the actual content. I'm glad I got this at a discounted price, because if I had paid $75+ for this content I would have been fuming mad.

Seems, that author doesn't know why and what he is showing. It's now explained in fact, what he is doing. From the first lesson, I must get aware of what the course is exactly about and what the learner exactly will get to know in way of the course.

This was a good match for me and content I was looking to learn more about. Certain parts of the video were blurry which made it hard to see formulas as they were being discussed. That is the only reason I did not score this a 5.

you did a lot of clicking and saying "now I'm gonna do this", and "now i'm gonna go here" or "then I'm gonna choose that" etc. throughout 90% of the video. You barely touched on the thought process, options and a clear description of the steps involved. In other words, you did stuff while talking out loud, and didn't really Teach us anything. I kept yelling at the screen, "you are not explaining What you are doing, and Why are you doing it??"

I like the way the lecturers are straight to the point and simple. I use smartsheet and hope all my questions will be answered at the end of the course but so far the content and delivery has assisted me with new projects. I recommend this course!

The is part 2 of 2 courses, and the first one was much better. In terms of advanced functionality, I didnt find anything in this course particularly difficult. The Meetings section went on for a long time and it seemed to have more tips about how to use meetings than how to use smartsheet.

It was good, but the beginning part of the course was not updated. It did have it updated at the end, but it was hard to initially follow along when my smartsheet application and the instructors was not the same.
