The course content seems to be very old. The screens shown are very old. I would have been helpful if udemy displays the content creation date. I might come back for a refresher later after going through trailhead

The Instructors pronunciation is not clear with certain words. If I was not familiar with Salesforce, my time would be spent rewinding for clarification. Secondly and last, there was no clear outline to indicate how the exercises were to be completed. Udemy's CS could not give me a solid resolution in obtaining Salesforce. No link was provided if Salesforce was not necessary to purchase for this course. As of now, I have downloaded the exercises for later development. I have taken the intiative to get access to Salesforce another way. This was completely disappointing.

yes this course is good but it is very old and there is a very big difference are there in the terms of salesforce ui and setups and many thing salesforce updated all the things so for a very new user it is very difficult to understand what is happening and how they do the same with new setups and UI.
