I bought this course to try and educate myself better for someone close to me who has to be mindful of their sodium intake and I'll admit that I've been lost so far. I had no idea there was so much to learn about reducing sodium in your diet! I enrolled in this course because my mom's doctor told her that she has to keep her sodium low (I don't know the exact number). She thinks she is doing a good job, but this course has showed me that she is making a lot of mistakes. I really like the downloadable files, I'm going to use them to help my mom do a better job of lowering her sodium.

Great tidbits and wealth of knowledge on where to find hidden sodium. I always thought the Sea Salt and the pink salt was supposed to be better for you, but Judy does a great job of explaining salt is salt - doesn't matter. Definitely looking at and for salt much differently. Thank you for sharing the information!

I am a home economist and have taught Jr High cooking, science etc for ever. If anyone needs a low sodium diet, you have to use this information, it's fabulous and all the work is done for you. The shopping, amounts of sodium, how to make a ton of souses and spices you need.
