Judy is a real scientist at heart! She is the most passionate advocate for air fryers and it shows in all her research on the best ways to cook every single vegetable you can imagine. She has a fun sense of humour and each little segment is brimful with her enthusiasm and her clever ideas. If you have an air fryer OR if you are just keen to cut sodium from your diet, then this course is perfect for you. You'll really enjoy it as I have. Promise.

I liked this course a lot. I have an air fryer but I haven't used it much. My mom is supposed to watch her sodium but she still adds too much salt to her food. I'm going to make the air fry vegetables for her to try, I really liked them!

What a great course! I've tried the mushrooms, cauliflower, and chicken. The chicken was very exciting as it's the first time I've made "fried" chicken that was edible! The mushrooms disappeared as fast as they came out of the air fryer and the cauliflower barely had time to cool before it was all consumed. Even the teen liked it. I'd love to see another class, Judy Craft. How about a sneak peek into your favorite recipes?

It's clear that Judy cares deeply about helping others lower sodium in their diet. I've had an air fryer for about a year and only used it a few times. Now I have some great new recipes to try, and can lower my sodium while I'm at it! The only suggestion I have for the course would be to include a few text boxes with key ingredients. I think that would help me follow along. Great course!
