So the course is a bit outdated, needs to be updated with blender 3.X but i have to say it was a great start. i have tried creating in blender in the past many times and never really clicked. in this video he explains some very simple methods and just keeps using them over to make various different items. really got be interested and simple. i completed all vidoes but after a while of watching the same method been used over and over again it becomes abit mondaine. dont think it needed to go on for as long unless some new methods where been show.

The course is outdated and doesn't work well with newer version of Blender as the UI has changed. I had to look up stuff myself constantly to even find the basic buttons. A lot of the videos waste time on selecting vertexes rather than using time saving hotkeys. The ideas presented in the videos are very similar and lack any kind of distinction, almost disjointed as the instructor repeats the same things over and over. After the first section you pretty much learned everything this course has to offer. I'm sure the Instructor has since improved a lot, but I wouldn't recommend this course even to a complete beginner.

It's nice, making some objects and stuff, but... 1) What about exporting ? Meshes? Anything? 2) Sections are not organized, you show the same things over and over. But I still like the first sections, as they are a pretty good intro for Blender noobs like me.

Excellent course. Presenter speaks very well and has a good knowledge of the software. Also, the presenter created some cool low poly objects in a short period of time.

Skips many basic tools because he doesn't know how to use them. Example: Loop select that he is describing in lecture 17

It goes through the basics, however the instructor speaks so quickly and without much explanation as to what he is doing- it's frustrating to watch. Certainly not going to watch it while trying things.. you'd miss too much.

Good for basic understanding of blender... Lots of modeling so you pick up the basics pretty quick. Now what? I wish there was a tutorial on how to get these into UE4 or Unity. Modeling is cool, but there's a lot more to getting the files into a game engine. Modeling 5 stars.

My expectation when purchasing this course was to learn the low poly art style shown in the course picture(which is looking fare more nice compared to what this course produces). So to start of my expectations was a bit off compared to what this course actually offer(might blame myself for not researching good enough). I am transitioning from 3DS Max to Blender so I watched trough section 2, 3 and then I checked out some random videos trough the other sections. To me you can almost describe all 91 videos with "Extrude, loop cut, move edge and scale" as pointed out in another review. Other than that I found the workflow messy and clumsy at times. It would for example be nice to see a reference image in the background just to see where things are going at times. There is also lacing basic tools as for example box selection which the instructor tries to use at 3:30 in section 3 lecture 12 and clearly fail to use. This is a basic tool which is a must to know. Instead you are being told to selects each face by shift clicking each face. I am sorry for the harsh review but this is not worth 150$. I am not explaining myself here in depth in order to avoid writing a whole novel but personally I would say this course is worth closer to 15$.

This course covered alot of the Basic fundamentals when creating objects in Blender. Alot I already new, but I still learnt more ways to use Blender - which is the purpose of taking this course. The section on ARRAYS is incomplete. There are videos missing. At the end of each section there should have been Quizzes to see if you retained any of the information learnt in that previous section.

O tutorial apresenta bastante informação com boas explicações em um curto período de tempo, para aqueles com pouco tempo é uma boa, além de ter mostrado um bom conteúdo e de boa qualidade até o momento

Excellent clear instruction, very useful that the key strokes show on the screen, and easily accessible to someone brand new to 3D modeling. I'd given up hope of really grasping 3D, but this is giving me a great place to start from.

I'm french guys , who don't speak english perfectly ( you can see that with my comment ^^ ) . But the autor , explains clairly and show how to do in the same time , so you can easily understand Moi qui ne parle pas un anglais parfait , j'arrive tout de même a suivre le cours , car l'auteur en même temps qu'il explique , montre les actions a effectués ce qui rend le suivie du cours facile et au passage ça fait travailler l'anglais :)

If you are expecting to make the course logo scene (very stylized low poly models with materials, lighting, etc) it is unfortunately not a part of the course. This course is about making very basic and non-stylized models only. There is some good content in this course, but it is surrounded by a lot of repetition. I understand that the instructor wants people to build a lot of models to get experience, but I'm not sure this level of quantity over quality is productive. 169 lectures but they are mostly very brief and often retread a lot of the same topics and processes. Very few of the models created go beyond using the simplest of techniques and tools available in Blender. Some lectures even potentially introduce bad habits such as hidden faces, non-planar quads, internal geometry, etc. Like I said, there are some good parts to this course. But I'd personally recommend looking at others on Udemy first. Especially for beginners as it doesn't cover some basic tools and concepts I consider invaluable after doing other courses. If you're looking for some inspiration to make a wide range of very simple models, you might get some good value out of this course.

This course moves at a pace I can keep up with. I've tried a couple other Blender courses but I end up quitting half way though because they quickly go from 0 to 60 leaving me in the dust.

a. Most videos have freezing problems. b. Low poly modeling means simple and blocky modeling here. c. Design is very ugly. d. {Extrude + loop cuts + move edges + scale face} x repeat over and over again to model the same kind of objects
