The site he directs us to tells me I have to chaange my DNS settings. 1: I'm not sure I trust the new site and if I should change and #2 how it will affect everyone who uses my WIFI. Plus I have to look up how to change my DNS on the version of Windows I'm running.

the volume and sound kept cutting out all the time. so it has taken a very long time to learn this lesson. the lesson is good but the delivery of the sound as in technology is very bad

I found the course easy to understand and implement. I did some other web design courses with Udemy and therefore what was not covered in this course i referred in the previous courses. Things like website security, i had to fish out material from previously bought Udemy course which has a web security chapter. I was able to put up a simple website https://goo.gl/xxjfMX a https site (secure site), simply by following the instructor to the course. I would recommend this course to everyone because for one, you get everything for free, domain and hosting and SSL certificate for one year. You will also have an opportunity to turn your free web into a hostinger web just by a few clicks of the button, i presume.

Okay. I'm gonna be very honest here. At first, the course seemed slow and boring, but this changed after a while. It started to be more interesting after installing the theme. I think an excellent move to improve this course is to start the first lecture with an already made website as a preview of what you can do in this course and what the final outcome will be. This will make the students more engaged. They would want to see how the website will change from point A to B. The progress was kinda slow as well, so if you can do things a bit faster, that will be great. Finally, I learned a lot in this course and very thankful to Amrin, as he kept his word in making the website completely for free. Thank again, and hope you can take these improvements into consideration. Well done!

Really great to the point course for anybody who wants to get started with their own Wordpress site. Within a couple of hours anyone can have a free site and domain up and running with the course. I would be remiss not to mention that the instructor Amrinder is very responsive to questions and extremely helpful, I hope he does more courses like this.

Covered quite a bit of the technical stuff i.e. customizing wordpress themes. I would have loved it more if some modules were added on putting/creating the content part of it as well i.e. picking a topic and creating a full website end-to-end as a template.

A nice walkthrough about webhosting that I've never heard of and even able to buy domain for free albeit for only a year. This one is a precious knowledge and access to those who is just started learning about web building and designing before they venture into the advance stage later on. I'm one of the person under this category. The learning process is simple and concise without unnecessary chatter and explanation is also simple and spot on.
