The course is primarily targeted to students at beginner or intermediate level of Change Management.

It provides high level overview of the IT Change Management principles and guidelines along with easy to understand analogies that are likely to occur on a daily basis. Other than that change management processes, roles and categories are also discussed briefly in the course.

To make the course stand out from similar Change Management courses it has been designed in a way to correlate with other IT disciplines such as Project Management, Service Management aspects including incident, problem, configuration management etc. That way student can get a better grasp of change management concepts in concert with other IT methodologies.

I have been involved in change management roles in very complex environments and it is very easy to lose track of things due to many different moving parts. I have taken this approach to ensure that the students get the fundamentals right so that there is no confusion when a journey in real world environment begins.

Great overview of fundamentals! I thoroughly enjoyed this lecture and presenter. I came into this class not knowing anything about Change Management and left with general understanding about the process. Key take aways were: Change Managers & Change Coordinators; Change Advisory Boards (CABs), TCAB DCAB and PIR! This also provides me with some guidance on seeking templates that my organization was already using. Thank you!

The course was good, but I believe all courses should at least have the option to read along with the video. It makes note taking easier, and some people learn better through reading in tandem.

Relatively short but contains a lot of helpful information as a primer to working in or with a Change Management process. I would have liked more detail in each section to embed the concepts in less experienced students fully.

The name of this course is misleading and should have been called IT Change Management steps. Very basic and IT focused when Change Management, as a rule, is much more comprehensive and complex.

I’ve been doing change management for 10 years but I resigned last year to study and handle my business. This year I am planning to go back to IT after pandemic and this course helped me refresh my knowledge about Change Management. It is clear and easy to understand. Good course for 0 knowledge in Change Management.

The course was really helpful, especially since I have had to implement a huge change process in previous workplace, without knowing the basics as explained in this presentation. But looking back, in terms of the steps I followed, I was right on track and managed to implement the change process successfully.
