Learn Full-Stack Vue, .NET Core, PostgreSQL Web Development

Worst course ever, can't even get past 12% because the material is outdated. And now Udemy won't even give me a refund....

This course is a little bit deprecatted. Therefore, it´s good for people who is beginning in the Full Stack path.

The course was good, but I have some comments. - the part of the course related to the Vue framework is obsolete. This part needs updating. - it would be nice to have a chapter of the course that would show how to authorize user (some registration, logging in, permissions...).

it shoul be updated to new versions of Vue and .NET.... I spent some extra time to fix some problems with new versions...

Amazing to follow through, many topics in a relatively short time frame, 1 note is: have project assets available in course or at least link a GitHub repository to the project

Der Kurs ist hervorragend, um ein Gefühl für .NET, PostgreSQL und Vue.js zu bekommen. Das einzige Manko ist der teils inkonsistente Coding-Style.

Instructor used state of the art Tools that modern developers use instead of the common freebees. That is nice. He definitely knows his stuff and how to teach it.

This course needs to be updated to use NET 5.0. Net 6.0 is almost out so this course is getting a little out of date. The classlib projects and the xunity project is created using NET 3.0, but all of the nuget packages use NET 3.1 versions. Did not seem to be an issue but I was a little concerned. Also, the webapi project did not specify a NET version and it looks as though my web project was created with NET 5.0. This too does not appear to be an issue so far.

I was disappointed to know that this app it's old. Uses Vue 2.o. It was never clarify in the beginning. The video should let people know this. Timing is an issue in IT.

It is the full stacks techs course that I was looking for, the instructor clarifies the ideas immediately and simply to make them easily understandable.

Vue.JS portion of the test definetly needs to be re-done. The .Net is OK also got a bit irritated as i was working on Windows and visual Studio but it got the job done. Some times Instructor uses short cuts so fast i took me a while to see what was done overall it was a good course just needs some tune up.

I am only into the second module of this course, but I find that the course lectures are being well explained. This course is for people who already have some basic knowledge about web development, as some explanations are skipped.

Great so far! I also did the Goodbooks tutorial on Wes' YouTube account and decided it was worth checking out the full course! Thanks Wes!

Pros: *) The materials and approach was ok. Cons: *) Poor video quality. *) Not using main stream tools, like Visual Studio, VS Code, PGAdmin and basically what 99% of dev used. Even from past experience, I've noticed, the author uses odd tools, for public courses. Makes it hard to follow. *) Too much usage of Raw command line, than using Visual Studio's visual commands. *) Not following some of VS standard patterns for accessing/referencing objects *) Most people us Javascript to develop Vue App, but the author again chose something different (TypeScript) to make it harder to follow. *) This Vue app was a perfect app to use Vuex to manage data that comes from Backend, and the author didn't use it.

Wes is a great teacher and the variety of technologies presented in this course is excellent. Also, there is clear structure and direction to the course which makes it stand out. Really enjoying the project!
