this course is more to Construction field, I am basically from Education Scholarship provider company; some topics are not relevant to my field but it's interesting to learn; will try to implement it wherever possible.

concept could be explained little more detail.. instead of construction example it would be nice if the example is taken from some software development were i can relate.

The course is interesting, but I was mislead by the course subject as it was specifically for construction sector.

The information is an accurate overview of what cost estimates entail, but practical application is missing. Also the lengthy time lapse videos of construction sites set to music does not add value to me personally.

The course, could be completed, if, in addition to the lectures some examples showing implementation of cost of manpower, material, machinery etc, dir & Indir. cost for the activities of a WBS for a project to come up with a project budget, was added

There is no way to receive feedback on the test knowledge portion. The examples are weak and not terrible substantive.

the exercise should be accompanied by solutions so we can compare and it would have been nice if there is a practice exercise of cost estimating from blue prints

there is not enough information provided prior to doing the self learning test. The music is brutal, and puts me to sleep. The reader also puts me to sleep

Reading material aloud can be done by many. I was trying hard not to fall asleep during monotonous reading of the training material. With the same luck I can buy a book and read it myself. Not happy at all.

It is a very good course if you work as a planning engineer and wants to deepen your knowledge and skills on project management, especially on cost management. It has been very useful for planning mining physical-financial schedules.

Good course, ideal for who have basic knowledge about estimating and cost control. I think a good improvement of the course is add more exercises and some tests to assess the student progress and knowledge.
