Really good course series. A lot of content and real immersion to listen hours of someone only speaking in Dutch. But I found some exercises hard to do and understand the full double sentences without translating. I intend to finish the series and then go for classes.

I took this course because I want to review my knowledge and uplevel myself to A2/B1 and eventually took the inburgering exam. However I find this course is not so helpful. First of all, his pronunciation is not clear, like he was whispering some times even with my volume up. My husband is Dutch and I can tell the way the word is pronounced is not clear enough. The pace is slow and the reading material is not that challenging or insightful. The exam at the end of each section is not good either. I have studied many languages and aced tests using text books alone without having a teacher, so I think the test is not helpful for me to review and remember the new grammar or words much. I had high hope for this course but have to leave early because I am disappointed.

Very honest about the learning process when he advises us that if we don't have previous knowledge of Dutch then this course is not for us. He is not interested in "selling" a course but in teaching us Dutch.
