the narrator cant read the texts very well and all the background noise is so bad. I'm finding it very hard to take in the information as there are so many pauses in the speaking and then trying to correct the words when a mistake has been made. the info given is all over the place and sometimes have no idea as to what is trying to be explained.

Major issues with English pronunciation that makes the teacher only to read the power points without giving a depth on the subject, several mistakes on power point. Case studies are poorly explained. Positive: Well structured information. I think udemy needs to evaluate first the language before publishing a lecture.
