Fairly imformative course. Some of the information presented, I was already familar with. An observation I made while going through the course. Was when the presenter spoke, it didn't always match up with the audio. Still a decent course.

The course is very well structured and touches all the key areas and situations where one always find themselves. The tools and techniques are quite helpful if practised consistently. It would have been great if the points were summarized at the end of each videos with some self assessments.

Was a bit surprised when it started - with just an image and voice. Was getting worried about whether I would have been better off buying a book with audible capability. But once the speaker came on very reassured. Concise, clear and insightful.

None of the concept really is earth shattering, however together it is a complete package of what you need to improve on communication! he presented it in a way that is very easy to understand and adopt!! I enjoyed the lessons, and enjoyed observing how he is presenting the materials, live model of his own lessons.
